Meds India Ltd, hereinafter maybe referred to as "the Company," "Company," "us," or "we," agrees to provide information and offer for sale the products listed on this and other websites, hereinafter maybe referred to as "Website(s)," on behalf of our partner pharmacies, subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined herein. By accessing, using, or placing orders through the Websites, you (the "Customer") agree to be bound by and accept these Terms of use as stated herein.

Disclosure and Disclaimer

The Company operates this website only as a sales referral agent for various pharmacies. The company is not a pharmacy and is not operated by pharmacists, doctors, or any licensed medical professionals. None of the information ever given on this website or by this Company is given directly by a pharmacist, doctor, any medical or legal professional and it is not intended to be given as medical or legal advice, nor warranted to be accurate, nor may it be construed as medical or legal advice.

Drugs offered on this site are now available for personal use in up to a 90-day supply without a prescription. The medications listed on this site may be displayed with the brand name and image as it is sold in your country. The correct generic or chemical name for each medication is also displayed. 

PLEASE NOTE: All medications sold on this site are Indian Brand Name or generic Pharmaceuticals which are manufactured by major pharmaceutical companies in India in accordance with Indian FDA manufacturing standards. The color and size of the medications shipped to you typically differs from the version available in your country and/or displayed on this website but the drug’s active ingredients are identical. In addition, for discreet shipping and successful delivery products may be removed from their original packaging and safely repacked in nondescript packaging.

Orders and Payments

The Customer may order up to a 90-day supply of each drug for personal use only. This is typically applies as a max number of pills per drug per order.
Company accepts payments by various methods as presented on the Payment page in the checkout process. After the on-line transaction is complete, the Company will send an email to the email address provided by the Customer, confirming receipt of the order. Orders are not accepted and binding upon Company until shipped by the Company. Prior to that the Company may refund and cancel an order for any reason. The applicable prices for the products ordered are those set forth by the Company on the Website at the time of the acceptance of the order. All orders are final. Company does not accept any responsibility for the Customer ordering correctly, only for delivering what the Customer orders.

Shipping Policy & Delivery Guarantee

Company ships all packages in accordance with the methods offered to the customer and chosen by or accepted by the customer during when placing an order. The Company will send an email to the email address provided by the Customer, advising of the planned shipping date. If the actual ship date varies customer will be notified later.

Delivery is guaranteed within 21 days of shipping (not 21 days of placing the order). This guarantee is met by the Company reshipping the order to the Customer free of charge until delivered successfully. Customer must report non-delivery within 14 days, i.e. between the 22nd and 36th day after the order was shipped. Claims for non-deliveries after 36 days of the ship date may be refused. Upon Customer's notification to the Company of non-delivery the Company will verify non-delivery. If delivery cannot be verified Company will reship the order the next business day.

If any reshipped order is not delivered within 21 days the same reship policy applies as with the first shipment. The Company may require customer to provide an alternate shipping address for any reshipment. After three failed deliveries the Customer or the Company may choose to refund instead of reship the order.

Note: When requesting a reship of a late order you must agree that if the original order does deliver as well as the reshipped order then you will pay for the duplicate order. The charges for the duplicate order will be reduced 10% and you will receive free shipping as well.

Returns and Cancellations

Once your payment is processed if you decide to cancel there is an order cancellation fee to cover our transaction costs as follows: ACH/EFT: 5% plus $5, Wire transfer: $50, SEPA bank transfer: 5€, UK Bill Pay: 5£, Credit card: 16%.

Once the order has been packed and shipped no product can be returned or exchanged. No refunds or reshipments of products will be given for shipments returned or returned to sender by post office or courier because the customer refused the package or did not pick up the package at the post office or the customer provided an incorrect address.

The Customer is advised to verify the products and the quantity ordered are correct before submitting the order as the customer is fully responsible for the order being accurate.

Authorization and Release

By placing an order with Company, the Customer assumes sole responsibility for insuring that the drugs ordered are in accordance with the Customer's physician's prescription and the laws of the Customer's country of residence and delivery. The Customer further agrees that the medications obtained from the Company are for personal use only and will be used strictly according to the instructions provided by the Customer's prescribing physician.

The Customer agrees to release the Company, including its agents, employees, directors and contractors, from any or all liability associated with or connected to the provision or use of the drugs, and any adverse effects that may result from the use of such drugs. The Customer agrees to release the Company, its agents, employees, and contractors from any actions, suits, judgments, obligations, damages or losses, at any time, arising directly or indirectly out of any matter whatsoever, relating to the provision of the drugs according to the order placed by the Customer.

Fraud Reporting

We reserve the right to submit fraudulent customers to credit reporting agencies and services. Activities which constitute online fraud may include but is not limited to credit card chargebacks, use of stolen credit card, unauthorized use of credit card or bank account, and mail fraud.

Privacy Policy

By submitting an order for products from Company, the Customer consents to the collection and use of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. The Company may amend or update the Privacy Policy at any time without notice, by posting the policy on the Website.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of St. Kitts & Nevis. All disputes or claims arising out of and in connection with the Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to and be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the St. Kitts & Nevis.

Amendments & Revisions

The Terms and Conditions may not be altered or amended by the Customer through the use of a purchase order or other documents submitted to the Company. Any attempt by the Customer to alter, supplement or amend any of the terms and conditions shall be null and void. The Company may revise the Terms and Conditions as they relate to future sales or deliveries at any time without notice. The Customer agrees to review the current Terms and Conditions prior to each order.

Local Jurisdictions

Not all the products and services are available to all locations and jurisdictions. The information provided on the Website does not constitute an offer to sell any product or service to anyone in any jurisdiction in which an offer to sell cannot legally be made.

Limitation of Liability and Warranty

The Company provides the Website and the information on an "AS IS" basis only and does not make any expressed or implied warranties, representations, endorsements or conditions with respect to the Website or the information contained therein, including without limitation any warranty for information, services, uninterrupted access, or products provided. The Customer agrees that accessing the Website or using any of the services is entirely at Customer's own risk.

The Company does not warrant or represent that the information accessible through the Website is accurate, complete or current. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. Except as specifically stated, neither the Company nor any of its agents, directors, employees or affiliates shall be liable for damages of any kind, including without limitation, any compensatory, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website, or inability to gain access to or use the Website, or out of any breach of any warranty.

Force Majeure

Except as specifically stated, the Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, delays due to backorders of requested products, delay in the mail or at the customs office, or lost shipments.

All trademarks and logos appearing with the products are trademarks and logos of their respective owners.

The information on the Website is protected under the copyright laws of various countries. Except where specifically stated, no person has permission to copy, download, reproduce, distribute, modify, or store in any medium, the information for commercial use.
